Those aren't just the crappy lyrics of the number one song on Kobe's now defunct hip hop album. Those are the thoughts and feelings of every Laker's fan from this one to this one.
The Big Me put the "I" in win as he reminded everyone in the NBA just who is the reigning MVP. For the life of me I don't know how Bowen can retain his title of defensive specialist after the drubbing Kobe laid on the Spurs...it's the equivalent of being called a player just because you sleep around with a dozen fat chicks, but every time the hot one comes around she slaps you on the face and calls you a loser. The fourth quarter by Kobe sealed the fate of the Spurs much like the win they had over Phoenix earlier in the playoffs. Steve Nash had said that loss was debilitating and it took a whole game to get over, and I believe this loss will have the same effect on the Spurs. The question now is do they have enough to overcome two 2-0 playoff deficits in a row?
On another note after the win we were treated to these wonderful quips by Kobe...
"I can get off at any time." ----- That's what she said!!!! Ziiiiiing!
"I knew I could make a push and once I made that push, it felt like it energized us a little bit.." ---- Is Kobe talking about the game or was he having flashbacks to a certain night in Colorado?
