Technically yes you can get in trouble for them. This is because those images aren't really on Google they just show up in their search results. However I wouldn't worry about it, most of the images on there are taken and passed around so many times nobody really knows who the original source is.
99.9% of the time they don't really care either, but even if your not claiming them as your own, you link to the original source and let others know those images aren't yours you can still get in trouble if you don't have the consent of the original creator.
