Obviously Pierce-Allen-Garnett cannot be called "the Big Three." Let's stop that. That was Bird-McHale-Parish. Nicknames get taken far too often (I'm looking at you LaDanian Tomlinson). We need to start calling them either:
(A) "the Big Trio" (a slight change, but an important change)
(B) "the GAP Band" (Garnett-Allen-Pierce - props to Mark Spears of boston.com)
(C) "the PGA Tour" (Pierce-Garnett-Allen - can't remember who coined that but I'm not the original)
Discuss amongst your friends and chose one of them. Just don't call them "the Big Three."
