What's really fucked up is that his professional club, the Nuggets, have suspended him for two games but the Olympic team is letting him play. This guy is going over to China to represent our country? F-ing A! With him and Kobe on the team, I'm almost inclined to root against the US. If I were running USA basketball, this is the team I'd get (and I'm not including players that have said 'no thanks' or are out because of injury):
C Dwight Howard, Tyson Chandler (Chandler relieves Howard for big alley-oops from CP3)
PF Carlos Boozer, Chris Bosh, Al Jefferson (Boozer & Bosh get the minutes, Jefferson is there to learn defense - and he can play some center too)
SF LeBron James, James Posey (face it, LeBron should play 30 minutes, so Posey would get you 10 huge minutes of the bench and leadership)
SG Kevin Martin, Brandon Roy (Martin & Roy are the perfect do-it-all SGs that can score - but don't need to, and seeing who they'll be on the court with ...)
PG Chris Paul, Deron Williams, Jason Kidd (Kidd's like the Godfather - I could seem him not scoring but having a big impact; CP3 and D-Will play the big minutes though)
