Bankruptcy Court Approves Sale of Chicago Cubs; Cub Fans Want Money Back For the Last 100 Years.

On Thursday A bankruptcy court approved the Company’s $845 million sale of the Chicago Cubs to the family of Joe Ricketts, owner of TD Ameritrade discount brokerage. His son, Tom, will be the controlling owner.
The sale still needs to go through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing on Oct. 12, and a three-quarters vote of Major League Baseball owners must approve of the deal.

Plaxico Burress' Fellow Inmates Not Giants Fans; Plaxico Not a Fan Of Giant Men.
According to NY Post, Plaxico Burress had a difficult night at Rikers Island on his first night.
They shouted "asshole!" and "The Giants suck!" according to jail guards.
"He was depressed," said one guard from Rikers, where the former Giants superstar spent his first-ever night behind bars. "He was trying to keep to himself, but everyone was yelling at him."

The Bengals Chad Ochocinco thought he had us fooled. Last Sunday Chad performed the famous Lambeau Leap in Green Bay after scoring a touchdown.
It turns out that the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel dug deeper into this story and discovered that Ochocinco used his Twitter account and put out the word. And Mike Bergs; his brother, Lee; and Lee's friend, Brian Keil, became part of the conspiracy.
Redskins' Robert Henson Tweeted His Way Into The Dumbass Hall Of Fame
Linebacker Robert Henson has yet to play in a regular-season game for the Redskins but yet felt like it was his place to call out Redskin fans on twitter, after they booed the team, when the Skins BEAT the Rams 9-7 on Sunday.
Following the victory, Henson tweeted: "All you fake half hearted Skins fan can .. I won't go there but I dislike you very strongly, don't come to Fed Ex to boo dim wits!!"
